PRVG-11250 : The check RPM was not performed

Error in runcluvfy. PRVG-11250 : The check "RPM Package Manager database" was not performed because it needs 'root' user privileges.  - Cause: In running the pre-requisite test suite for a planned system management operation, the indicated check was not performed because it requires root user privileges, and the root user credentials had not been supplied.  - Action: To include the check, reissue the request providing the required credentials for the root user. Solution: Ignore this message since the RPM package requires root privileges to execute. You can add "-method root" option in runcluvfy command to avoid this error. This will ask root user password.
