Self extraction to /tmp/sfx_htzzCl failed - error while running EM Prerequisite Kit

Environment: - Oracle Enterprise Manager 24ai Release 1 (24.1.0.0.0)  - EM Prerequisite in Graphical Mode Error: [oracle@oemdb setup]$ ./em24100_linux64.bin EMPREREQ_KIT=true Launcher log file is /tmp/OraInstall2025-03-06_11-29-51AM/launcher2025-03-06_11-29-51AM.log. Description: EM Prerequisite Kit is run internally by the Oracle Enterprise Manager Installation Wizard while installing or upgrading OEM. If you want to run this kit by yourself before the OEM installation to ensure that your environment meets all the repository-related requirements, you can do it. This will help to detect and fix any OEM repository related issues beforehand which enables a much smooth installation or upgrade activity. Cause: It has been identified that during software extraction, below error message occurred for the installation file no. 4 (V1046954-01.zip). [oracle@oemdb setup]$ id uid=1001(oracle) gid=1002(oinstall) groups=1002(oinstall),1003(dba) [oracle@oemdb setup]$ unzip V1046951-01.zip Archive:  V1046951-01.zip   inflating: em24100_linux64.bin      [oracle@oemdb setup]$ unzip V1046952-01.zip Archive:  V1046952-01.zip  extracting: em24100_linux64-2.zip    [oracle@oemdb setup]$ unzip V1046953-01.zip Archive:  V1046953-01.zip  extracting: em24100_linux64-3.zip    [oracle@oemdb setup]$ unzip V1046954-01.zip Archive:  V1046954-01.zip file #1:  bad zipfile offset (local header sig):  0 [oracle@oemdb setup]$ unzip V1046955-01.zip Archive:  V1046955-01.zip  extracting: em24100_linux64-5.zip    The setup file "unzip V1046954-01.zip" is corrupted and hence the extraction has failed with "bad zipfile offset" error message which in turn caused error "Self extraction to /tmp/sfx_htzzCl failed" turn with message "RROR: Installer execution failed (1)". Solution: To fix this issue, download the corrupted setup file "unzip V1046954-01.zip" and run the EM Prerequisite Kit again. Issue is resolved by extracting the newly downloaded file again.
